If you want to contribute but don't know how to start, you can take a look at Easy bugs to fix.
Pulse 2 internationalization (i18n)
The web interface is available in English, French and Russian. Your contribution for other languages is welcome.
Translating a software is rather easy, and you don't need to be a software developer at all to provide a translation. Please read the MDS i18n documentation.

To checkout the source code:
$ svn co http://mds.mandriva.org/svn/mmc-projects/pulse2
This repository is the result of the merge of the 18 old Pulse2 SVN repositories; please read the Pulse 2 SVN Merge Story if you need to found were your code is gone.
Branches
There are currently three branches in use:
- development branch: the trunk, aka Pulse 2 under heavy development
- stable branch: PULSE_1_2_4
- maintenance branch: PULSE_1_2_5
