Command creation and edition

Description
In this case, being able to edit an existing command can be interesting:
- create a command that just makes an upload
- wait for the command to be launched by the scheduler
- then edit the command and select execution + cleanup
In expert mode when creating a command, you should be able to select which phase you want the command to stop: after the upload, after the execution.
In the commands log page, you can then edit a command, and ask for the command to go on.
